Polygonatum biflorum (Smooth Solomon's-seal, Great Solomon's-seal, Solomon's seal); is a species native to the forests of eastern and central North America. It produces lovely chiffon-yellow flowers in pairs beneath the lovely, arching foliage. The species performs best in mesic, forests, with a nice humus soil, and can easily grow to a graceful 4' heaght.
Great Solomons Seal has been renamed Polygonatum biflorum var. canaliculatum, which we carry as quarts and larger.
